BRICKS:

Credit will be passed for 1st Grade ** Product only on full, un-opened pallets. NZ Brick Distributors Limited Partnership will not accept/credit returns of any “Off-Spec” ,“Plaster” bricks or any 1st Grade Product sold as “Clearance”. No Rectification will be applicable to “Off Spec” “Plaster” or “Clearance” Product Please check the Product Description on your Quote, Order or Invoice.

NZ Brick Distributors Limited Partnership can arrange pick up from metropolitan areas.

If NZ Brick Distributors Limited Partnership arranges the freight, the Customer will be credited the invoices value of the product returned less a 10% handling fee plus a return freight cost to the NZ Brick Distributors Limited Partnership Depot.

For returns where the customer arranges freight, the credit is the invoiced value of the product returned less a 10% handling fee.

Product must be returned to the Yard of Purchase. (Listed below)

**1ST GRADE PRODUCT

• All returned Bricks and Pavers must be in 1st grade re-saleable condition, unsoiled by mortar, dirt and other contaminates.

• Should bricks or pavers be found to be of an un-saleable quality no credit will be passed & actual freight charges will still apply.

• Disposal fees, if any will also be charged.
NZ Brick Distributors Limited Partnership will not accept return if Bricks or Pavers have been on site

longer than 3 months from date of invoice.

PRODUCT ACCESSIBILITY

Bricks and Pavers being returned need to be accessible by HIAB.

If a tractor is required a charge of $200 per hour will apply (hourly rate applies from time tractor unit leaves the depot until its return). The tractor option is only available in Auckland metropolitan areas.
